Plantago uliginosa F.W. Schmidt

Flora Europaea where treated as Plantago major L. ssp. intermedia (DC) Arcang.           This taxon, sometimes seen as a subspecies of Plantago major L. is usually mistook for this latter species. Here there are some photographs from the Czech Republic and also some photographs of the rather similar Plantago major L. ssp. winteri (Wirtg.) W. Ludwig can be seen here (from Denmark) and here.
